Give us a call, the more time we have to help you design and discuss your build, helps us to create an enjoyable experience for you. We enjoy designing and being a part of your team from the get-go. We can then make suggestions that fit with your budget and style. We are here to help! We have a trusted team of architects and designers. However, if you already have your team and are looking for your construction team we will work collaboratively with you and your team to achieve your bespoke build.

PLANNING

Oty Oak Home’s has many years and experience to help with your plans. To seamlessly build we believe it is best to plan and discuss all details of your build before any works have begun. This allows us to get the most accurate estimate. We like to have an idea of wall finishes, floorings, heating systems and electrics. We can assist with all of this, making sure you achieve the build you had envisioned.

THE BUILD

Every home we build is individual to our client and we understand how daunting and exciting this is. At Oty Oak Home’s, we pride ourselves on our customer experience. We will meet with you regularly to discuss progress and help with design choices and answer any questions you may have. We are here to help source finishes, building a completely custom home for you. During this process, we will work with you to problem solve any issues that may arise.
